It saddens my heart to have to inform you all of the death of our dear brother in Christ, Jim Kessler, who was in an accident. It happened yesterday, Tuesday, January 30, 2018 about 5 to 5:30 p.m. Jim’s son called Pastor and Sister Dendy to let them know Jim was hit by a vehicle while in his wheel chair. He was taken to Peter Smith Hospital and our pastor was told they had no one there by the name Jim Kessler. But Pastor Dendy got to the bottom of things and Jim was in the accident and passed away from the results of that accident. There are no funeral arrangements at this time but as soon as we get that information, I’ll post it on our church web site and Pastor Dendy will announce it at church. Please pray for his family and all who knew him because to know him was to love him.

Please pray for my sister, Patty Lundy, a member of GLO Church, who was bitten by her dog last week. She went to the doctor then but went back today and it was infected. They are admitting her to Harris Hospital downtown Fort Worth now. Thank you for your love and prayers. We all thank you for praying.

Patty Lundy & Bonnie Blair are asking for prayer for their sister, Ruth Mc Clain. On Friday, Jan. 12, Patty had to call the paramedics out because Ruth was having trouble breathing. They took her to Harris Hospital. Thank you all for praying for Ruth.
Please keep Sue Worley in prayer. She called and asked Sister Dendy for prayer because she fell and hurt her leg. She is going to have a titanium rod put in her leg per her doctor. Please pray for my other daughter in law, Katina Self. She was to have all her teeth removed today but couldn’t because of too much inflammation in her gums. She is going to the dentist to have surgery on the gums to stop the inflammation then she is having all the teeth removed then and dentures to follow. Thanks to all for your prayers.

I spoke very briefly to Sister Linnie Goss on 1/5/18. She is still re cooping from her heart trouble. She’s weak and says when she does one thing to try to get better then it works against her. So keep her in prayer. Pastor Dendy and family went to visit her on the 4th. She said she was thrilled to see them. So we can get a better update from him on Sunday. She sounded weak so I didn’t keep her on the phone very long. I told her we were all still praying for her, loved her and hope she would be back soon. “ Father in heaven please heal her, she’s such a blessing to us and we miss her.Amen!"

Bonnie Blair asking prayer for ex-brother in law, James Keith Self, in Kosciusko, Ms.. He’s in the hospital having test run for his heart. They plan on letting him return home tonight if nothing is found from test. He said he felt as though his chest was cracking apart. So please pray for him not to have another of these spells tonight, pray for complete healing please. He’s to go to the clinic tomorrow. Thanks and appreciate your faith and prayers.

Bonnie is asking prayer for her two nieces, (Tammy from Ar. & Christy from Oklahoma City,) who are taking a trip to see relatives they’ve never met before. I’m asking prayer for them because of weather and they’ve never been to this area which is “country” for sure. The information signs are not too well updated. Thank you for your prayers for them. And for me ask the Lord to make them post pone till better weather.
Connie Wardlaw: Update on Trapper, he is doing very well. Mom and dad are exhausted but relieved. Please continue to keep him in your prayers! Jeremy and Emily asked me to tell you all thanks for all your prayers. (Tapper, a young boy, had surgery just after Christmas with heart complications. On Dec. 30th he was walking down the hall.)

Vickie is asking for prayer for her self. Shee has arcnoriod cyst on lower left lobeof her brain and it has spider vains throughout the brain. All they can do is put a shint in to drain fluids to help keep the pressure down enough for her to have some relief. They do not want to take her insurance so she is having trouble. Asking God to provide a Dr. and Hospital that will take her insurance so she may have the surgery she needs.

She was calling it a heart murmur but said he either has a hole in his heart, a leaking heart valve or a heart valve not working. She was going to send him to a cardiologist but didn't because it being so close to Christmas. She's rechecking his heart at his 6 month check up on January 15th and if she still hears it then we're going to be sent to a cardiologist.
Karen; PRAYER PLEASE! FOR 4 year old in Knoxville was taken to Children's Hospital last week and sent home told was a virus... She got worse and they took her back and her appendix had busted last week and now having emergency surgery... Please pray for a Christmas Miracle...

Krista M.; I normally say a prayer for the people. But this time I am asking for one. My husband went to the hospital with multiple blood clots in his lungs and they found a tumor on his kidney which spread to his lung. We were told to prepare for the worst.

I am asking prayer for myself which includes different things but mostly it's my neck. It feels like the steel plate in my neck has slipped and feel like an ice pick sticking in my neck at times. John Jones, asking prayer for himself and to be in your thoughts and prayers. My doctor is sending me to see a surgeon next week for back surgery and naturally I do not want it, even though he thinks I need it! Please pray for the pain that I am experiencing in back, hips, thighs, knees, ankles, and feet. It is affecting me getting around, even with back brace, knee braces, pain meds, and cane. This is not me, I want so badly to be able to go for God, where ever and whenever he directs me. Thank you and God Bless you! May all back pain in you and me be gone! In JESUS' name !
