Moses saw the burning bush and noticed that it was not being consumed.  God said that Moses would bring the children out of Egypt.  When he asked who he should say sent me, God told him, "I AM THAT I AM" .  Moreover he is to tell the children of Israel that the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.  We will discuss what this means and why it is important to mention that you worship the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.  This identifies the true God.
