If there was more courting in marriage, there would be less marriages in court ! There are many god's to worship. One can  be so selfish, & mighty in their own eyes that they worship themselves.  Joyce Meyers sang a song to David, her husband & it went something like this. I know I didn't pay enough attention to you, care enough, meet your needs, but I was always on my mind. You get the idea. There is no room for anyone else. I have a cousin that said to me, that he worshipped his wife. He ended up losing her. Money, houses, land, prestige, influence, whatever, can be a god. There are religions that worship idols, dead men, stone idols. Jesus died, but, He lives. There was many people who saw that He was resurrected from the dead & saw Him go up to Heaven. He is sitting at the right hand of God making intercessions for His saints. All can become His saints, if they give Him the throne of their heart. There are those who choose to come under subjection of tyrants that demand to sacrifice their  children, body parts, immorality, abuse, murder. They say kill the infidel. I could go into grater details, but, I won't. My purpose is to introduce others to a loving Savior;  who says whosoever will, let them come to the rivers of life freely.
