Which way will you go?  When our time comes; we will either go to heaven, or we will go to hell. Then to the saints of God, the question is through death, or in the rapture? In the last six months we have seen five go to heaven by death; David, John, Cecil, Olivia, and Sister Borgue. Most of them expected to go in the rapture. God had a different idea. Speaking for my husband John, he didn't expect to go home to be with Jesus so soon. I am going to add something there. If you do anything that harms your body, you can shorten your life.  Even the doctors will tell you that. When we play the game of Russian roulette with our health, eventually you will lose. John smoked and he would not accept that he had cancer until it was too late. I guess I'm a little angry because he could have listened and lived longer. They say that is a part of grieving. I am thankful that he didn't suffer a long time.  I do miss him, but God has given me such a peace. That is why you see me with a smile on my face. He is heaven and I'm going to be with him someday. In the Bible I think of two men. one was King Hezekiah, in Isaiah 38:1-8. The other is the rich man and Lazarus, in Luke 16:19-31.  Luk 16:22  And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; Luk 16:23  And in hell he lift up his eyes...  In Luke 16:1 it speaks of the rich man. He fare sumptuously (pigged out on rich, unhealthy, as well as healthy foods, he was not content , so he was stressed out)  He was obsessed, so he probably didn't sleep, or rest like he should. All through the word of God it tells of good health habits, like Daniel and the three Hebrew children.  On the other hand it tells of gluttony, drunkenness, lusts that caused illnesses, abuse of your body, soul and spirit.  I'm not saying that you can't go to  heaven when you smoke, a pig, or an insomniac just get there faster, When it comes to fornication, and things that God's word says not be a partaker of if you do not leave it alone, you can't go to heaven unless you repent. REPENT= ask forgiveness and to will turn away from doing that thing.. We might have to repent more than once. If we can't do it; we need to be determined and trust God to do what you can't When I got back to God, I'd tried to quit smoking, I failed miserably. Then I prayed and told the Lord I can't, but you can, and He did. That has been over forty years ago. I am still free. Praise His wonderful, holy name. It worked for me and I know it will for you. Just trust Jesus, He is faithful and honors faith. Genna
