Update from Helen

I went back to the Dr. today and got my stitches out. Dr. said the bad pain I've been having behind my leg is due to muscle spasms. I will start therapy next week and go back to see him and decide whether I want him to do surgery on my other knee. He said it would take 3-4 months to fully get over this surgery. I have to say it has been an ordeal, but I think the pain will get less each day and I'll be fine. Thank you for your prayers for me... Helen
