John 20:22 Jesus said, "receive ye the Holy Ghost!" This is not said lightly, he is telling his disciples to receive the promise of the Father.  Acts 1:5, Luke 24:49. The Old Testament spoke of the rest in the Holy Ghost.  Isaiah 28::9-11, David says take not thy Holy Spirit from me, in Psalms 51:11, with repentance of his sins , John 13-16 has of the advantages of being filled with the baptism of the Holy Spirit (Holy Ghost).  Acts 2: 38-39 tells us that the baptism of the Holy Ghost is to all who are saved.
