Fellowship Hall

As a young child I knew my dad loved me. Being a twin and  each of us was a total opposite of the other. My twin, Jane was sickly all her life and I've enjoyed good health most all my life. One thing that we were not opposite about was that we both loved the Lord. We sang together from the time we were 4..I really miss my family. But I am the one to carry the burden of our wayward children. By the time I was 8 I didn't have dad around. I only remembered the love and security I'd felt when I was little. So it was hard to imagine a Father's love. I've learned much about my heavenly Father through his word. Spending time with him. I am safe in the hands of my guardian angels as I go through this life. Angels are just the agents of our Father God.  We usually don't see them but in times of sudden disaster we know that they were protecting us. I think of that song, I trust in God, I know he cares for me. On the land or on the stormy sea. The billows roll, he keeps my soul, My heavenly Father watches over me.  Last Sunday after church when that 18 wheeler hit me, I knew my Lord sent angels to protect me.1 Corinthians 1:9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called into the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. Psalms 145:18  The Lord is nigh unto all them who call upon him in truth. Isaiah 50:7 For the Lord will help me; therefore shall I not be confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed. I may be alone much of the time but my Father sees to it that I am safe. Jesus is my Lord and savior. I talk to him . I'm never really alone. He is ever with me. In this past year I have really learned, and learning of my Fathers love. How can anyone refuse the Lord Jesus? He is not a tyrant or a genie, but a loving Savior who is with us all the time. He gives us his spirit to help and guide us. I see those who try to do it on their own. Why? Maybe people are cruel but God is Love. I don't understand. Try God's was, a way of peace.. Genny
