Fellowship Hall

So many people are ignorant to the truths & importance of the Holy Ghost. Much of it is the evidence of speaking in tongues. Of course there are those that get over zealous & react in many different ways. If you go to a football game , or even watch it on tv you have some pretty strange  reaction when they make a point ,etc. I must admit some even surprise me. I've been raised in the old time pentecostal experience days where people get excited about just the heavenly presence of the Holy Spirit\Holy Ghost..I would rather see someone get excited & act a little different than seeing spectators that just come for what ever reason.  I had a friend complaining about the pentecostal people who preach about being led by the Holy Spirit. People -This same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead , shall quicken your mortal bodies. Romans 8:11.(paraphrased)  John 6:63 it is the Spirit that quickeneth,; the flesh profiteth nothing.  Jesus said, the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit & they are life. John 20: 21 Then said Jesus unto them again, Peace be unto you: As my Father hath sent me , even so send I you. 22. And when he had said this, he breathed on them, & said unto them, receive ye the Holy Ghost. John 16:7 Never the less I tell you the truth; it is expedient  for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you, but if I depart I will send him unto you. 13 Howbeit  when he, the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear that shall he speak: he will show you of things to come. Acts 1:2  Unto the day which he was taken up, After that he, through the Holy Ghost had given commandment unto the Apostles whom he had chosen; The Father even promised to give the believers the Holy Ghost. Luke 24:49.
