That They Which See Might Believe
John 11:41
Jesus prays to the Father, stating His intent that those who see Lazarus raised from the dead will believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Promised One sent from God. All that were there saw Lazarus come out of the grave wrapped in his grave clothes. Some believed and some ran to tell the Pharisees. The Pharisees called a council for the purpose of getting rid of Jesus once and for all. They wanted Him dead and gone. From that time, Jesus no longer walked openly among them but He and His disciples went to Ephraim. The Pharisees let it be known that anyone who saw Jesus must tell them so he could be captured and put to death. Do you see Jesus today? Do you know who He is and why He came? What have YOU done with YOUR knowledge of Him? I am eagerly awaiting your presence in Sunday School at 10:00 AM.
