Fellowship Hall

Jesus appeared to His Disciples twice in eight (8) days. They are still not sure how to proceed. They felt as if they had no direction in their life and decided to go fishing. Although Jesus had spoken peace to them, breathed on them and told them to receive the Holy Ghost, they are still at a loss in knowing what to do. They fished all night and caught nothing.  Can you imagine the despair and discouragement this brings? Then someone called to them from the shore and asked, "children do you have any meat?"  They replied that they had not caught anything. He told them to cast their net on the right side of the boat and they would catch fish. They did so and caught so many they could not draw them into the boat. John told Peter it was the Lord and he put his fishers coat on and jumped into the sea to get to Jesus. The other disciples came dragging the net full of fish. Jesus told them to bring some fish. He already had a fire of coals going and was cooking fish and bread. The net contained 153 great fish and did not break when they dragged it in. Jesus invited them to come and dine. Are you ready to cast away everything and come and dine with Jesus? He will supply all your needs. Do you trust Him today? Are you eager to serve Him? Come and hear His word.
