Fellowship Hall

In Genesis 2-3 we read of the fall of man.   In one man Adam sin  began through disobedience.   Through the second man Adam the price of ransom was paid.  1 Corinthians 15:45-47.   Ephesians 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood,  the forgiveness of sins,  according to his riches of his grace; Mark 15:28 And the scripture was fulfilled, which saith,  And he was numbered with the transgressors.   v.   24 states that it was Christ.  Colossians 1:14 In whom we have redemption through his blood,  even the forgiveness of sin.   20 And "having made peace through his blood of the cross,  by him to reconcile all things unto himself;  All the prophecy's were fulfilled that concerned the salvation of mankind,  Colossians 2:13 And you,  being dead  in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh,  hath he quickened together with him,  having forgiven you all trespasses; 15 And having spoiled principalities and powers,  he made a show of them openly,  triumphing over them in it.    Isaiah 53:3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrow and acquainted: we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised,  and we esteemed him not.  4 Surely he hath borne our griefs,  and carried our sorrows; yet we did esteem him stricken,  smitten of God and afflicted.   5 But he was wounded for our transgressions,  he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement  of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.   Psalms 22 says he was forsaken by God; a worm despised of men.   they laugh him to scorn,  shoot out their lips and wag their heads.   They mocked him by saying he trusted in God to deliver him,  where is he?  Many bulls,  bulls of Bashan,  compassed me; they gapped upon me with their mouths,  as a roaring lion,  I am poured out  like water and my bones are out of joint: The dogs compassed me,  enclosed by the wicked,  they pierced my hands and feet.   They parted my garments and cast lots upon my vesture.   He took 39 stripes upon his back for our healing.   He went through so much for us,  that we might have life and more abundantly.   IN John he says that he would not leave us comfortless,  he gave us his Holy Spirit,  our comforter.   He did not stay in the grave,  but rose again,  then he was resurrected and sits down at Father God's right hand making intercession for us.   Acts 1: 11 Ye men of Galilee,  why stand ye here gazing into heaven?  This same Jesus,  which is taken up from you into heaven,  shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.   Just any day Jesus will return for his church.   Colossians 1:24 Who now rejoice in my suffering for you,  and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for the body's sake,  which is the church.   We must be ready and looking for him,  This is the rapture.
