Let me say that waiting on the Lord is not in these scriptures, it is not waiting for the Lord to do what he will do.  Except you obediently serve the Lord in what He has told you to do.  Wait upon as servant would.  Isaiah 40:31, but they that wait upon the Lord, shall renew their strength;  They shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.  Psalms 103:5, Who satisfied your mouth with good things, who renewed your youth as the eagles.  In Hebrews 9:28, It talks about Jesus paying the eternal price for our redemption and eternal salvation at his coming.  It states of those who are looking for his coming prepared to be raptured.  We do what is required and trust God to do the things we can't.  But the key is doing our part first in faith, then Jesus does his part.  This the formula to life;  repent and be converted, by grace are you saved through faith, he that is willing and obedient, study to show thyself approved (God's Word), The Bible, preferably King James, (using others as reference).  Be filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues,  I just wonder if this same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead;  shall quicken our mortal bodies, in the rapture is required to go and not have to go through the tribulation?  Just a thought.  He is that Spirit!
