Apollos and others were believers but had not come into the full knowledge of the gospel. Aquila and Priscilla expounded to Apollos privately. Paul encountered and taught twelve others all the truth concerning the gospel. They gladly received the fact that Jesus, the Messiah had come, had died on the cross for sin, and had been raised from the dead. They were submissive to baptism in his name. Afterwards, Paul laid hands on them and they were filled with the Holy Ghost. How about you? Do you gladly receive the Word that will help you grow?
