The signs of the times are truly being fulfilled. The Gospel is being preached everywhere. The Bride of Christ is making herself ready. She will be without spot, blemish, or wrinkle. His church will know that what Jesus did on the cross is the only reason we can be prepared as His Bride. The Church (Bride) will join with Jesus at the rapture when he removes us from the coming wrath of God. Jesus is calling all His own to get ready. We do this by submitting each day to what He desires to do in us and through us. We need to recognize that the only life we are to value is our life in Jesus. He sets Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers in our midst for maturing the saints, for the work of the ministry, for edifying the body of Christ. Unified by faith in what Jesus has done on the cross, we are to be no more children, tossed to and fro and carried about by every wind of doctrine. We are to know the word so that we are rooted and grounded. We are to be so intimate with Jesus that we cannot be deceived by even the devil himself. This is our preparation for the rapture. As Caleb, in his eighties told Joshua, "give me my mountain, I am more than able to take it" so I, in my old age, want to be in service to my Lord Jesus Christ; preaching and working for Him.
