There's Glory Up There For Me
I'm going some day forever to stay, In heaven above where all will be love, I'm going to stand at Jesus' right hand and shout the glad victory; Tho' lowly I've been I'm free from all sin, He lifted me out from shadows of doubt, I'm happy today that now I can say, There's glory up there for me.
I'm going up home no more to roam, I'm nearing it ev'ry day, In heaven above where all is love, I'm going to live for aye, I'm satisfied now since Christ somehow has set my glad spirit free, I'm happy today while on my way, There's glory up there for me.
It's glory to know wherever I go, That Jesus is near to comfort and cheer, When ever I'm blue His love that's so true o'er shadows and comforts me; I'm making it known to those that are prone, To wander aside in regions denied, There's heavenly light if you will get right, There's glory up there for me.
